Oregon Lightning Football - June 8

The Oregon Lightning are a professional indoor football team based in Redmond, Oregon. Originally founded in 2020 as the Oregon High Desert Storm, they began competing in the American West Football Conference in 2021. As the first indoor football team to call Central Oregon home, the Lightning are co-owned by Chuck Jones—former head coach of the Arena Football League’s Oregon Blackbears—alongside Sara Gumm and Jay Jenkins.
