Jacob Jolliff with SkilletHead

Jacob Jolliff ranks among the world’s top contemporary mandolinists. A Berklee College of Music graduate and National Mandolin Champion, he has toured with Joy Kills Sorrow and Yonder Mountain String Band and collaborated with Béla Fleck, Tony Trischka, and others. Today, he leads The Jacob Jolliff Band, a powerhouse progressive bluegrass group known for intricate instrumentals, genre-spanning vocals, and dynamic ensemble improvisation. Their latest album, Instrumentals, Vol. 2: Mandolin Mysteries, was released in May 2024.

Opening the night is Skillethead, a Central Oregon bluegrass band rooted in tradition and driven by creativity. With tight harmonies, classic instrumentation, and a playful spirit, they blend old-school standards with originals and unexpected covers to create a sound all their own.
