Ballet Bend - Tentacle Tribe

In Ballet Bend's fall program, we step into the next dimension of dance with Montreal's genre-defying Tentacle Tribe. Heralded by critics worldwide, Tentacle Tribe boasts a one-of-a-kind brand of dance fusion with influences ranging from contemporary, break, modern, hip hop, and popping. The result leaves audiences awe-inspired, treating them to a new wave of artists reimagining what dance can be.

Performing their critically acclaimed original evening-length work, PRISM features 5 bodies and a large, mirrored set and floor creating a hypnotizing kaleidoscope of movement. Critic François Houde writes: "PRISM is a 60-minute getaway from the world as we know it. Proof that hallucinogenic drugs are superfluous."
